Upcoming Concerts

Coronavirus update: Due to the current situation there are no upcoming concerts. I very much hope that some of the projects which had been planned for this year will be able to take place during 2021.

Coming up in 2020

I have various projects in the pipeline for 2020. More details to follow, but some dates for your diary:

CANCELLED: Saturday 4th April, 3:30pm. Spring concert with Tom Owen (piano) in Upper Chapel, Norfolk Street, Sheffield. The programme includes two works by Beethoven: Romance in G major and Sonata in D major, op.12 no. 1. We will also perform music by Brahms, Beach, Maier and Scriabin. Tickets: £10; under-16s free. The concert will last one hour, with no interval.

CANCELLED: Sunday 31st May, 3:00pm. Duo concert with Jonny Ingall in Fulwood Old Chapel.

POSTPONED: Saturday 4th July, 11:45am. Duo concert with Jonny Ingall at Chesterfield Library. Free entry (retiring collection).

POSTPONED: Friday 17th July, 7:00pm. Joint concert with Black Velvet Clarinet Quartet in St Martin’s Church, Firbeck (near Worksop).

CANCELLED: Friday 2nd October, 7:30pm. Concert featuring the music of Beethoven and Bruch, during what is an important anniversary year for both composers. With Jonny Ingall (cello) and David Hammond (piano). Venue tbc.

CANCELLED: Friday 30th October, 12:30pm. Lunchtime concert in York Unitarian Chapel, with David Hammond (piano).
